Nothing on this site is investment, trading, or financial advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Elliott Wave analysis is subjective and the “correct” answers here are teaching examples, not predictions. Markets carry risk, including loss of capital. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Your account
- You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 to use the Service.
- Provide accurate information and don’t impersonate others.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or access others’ accounts or data.
- Don’t use it for anything unlawful, or upload names or content that are abusive or infringing (e.g. as a display name).
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or disrupt other users.
Content & intellectual property
The lessons, example charts, answer keys, branding, and code are ours or our licensors’. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service for learning. Please don’t copy or redistribute the content without permission.
Availability
This is an early-stage product offered for testing. The Service is provided “as is”, may change or go offline, and we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and data will always be preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
